Great location with restaurants

Thoroughly enjoyed a laptop-size safe, a refrigerator, and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The bed was comfortable with feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. The staff were friendly, unbeatable location in the middle of jackson.

It had unbeatable and marvellous location within short walking distance to Reading Cones. Amicable and helpful staff, couldn't ask for more.

The king room was spacious and had a lovely view of the trees. The cleanliness of the entire facility stood out. Although the breakfast could use more variety, the tasty items available still made it enjoyable. Proximity to shops like Burlington and dining options added to the convenience, though the lobby could benefit from more seating areas.

Room was super spacious with air conditioning, a fridge, and a TV. The bathroom had free toiletries and a hairdryer. I loved the comfy feather pillows. The fitness center and outdoor pool were great. Breakfast had delicious options like fresh pastries and good coffee. It's also close to shopping and restaurants!

Management really needs to address the inconsistent noise levels from HVAC units disrupting sleep and tackle the high humidity in rooms that leaves you uncomfortable!!!

I liked the beautifully designed hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee & tea making facilities and a fridge in my king room were a very thoughtful addition.

The place was conveniently located near the Loop shopping area, restaurants, Silver Spurs Arena, and other shops, making it a central spot for my stay with my dad.

From the mind-blowing breakfast to the super clean rooms and helpful staff, this place is jaw-droppingly awesome! .

The location here was great, just a short walk away from a really tall skyscraper 🏙️. Our room was spotless and had handy amenities like a safe big enough for a laptop, a fridge, and tea and coffee makers.
